The process begins with repairing the surface of the furniture with aine sanding, ArtesMoble uses power-driven machines "roto orbital”, which provide maximum sanding speed for smooth finishes on all furniture surfaces.
Unlike furniture sanding in the and, Orbit Sander machines with their rotary and orbital movements provide smooth finishes, avoiding the abrasive material (sand) to move twice in the same place, preventing possible irregularities in the sanding process. Today there is a wide range of Orbit Sander machines on the market, in our experience, we have been inclined to opt for machines of German technology Festool brand, which is the best brand that provides high-quality smooth finishes. The abrasive material used during the sanding process is composed of aluminum oxide and silica, the abrasive materials have different weights ranging between 100 and 800, being "100” hardness, and "800” thinness sandpaper.
When rough furniture is sanded, it is stained with patinas solvent-based and water-alcohol extracts, which are original and transformed from raw material to its brush application, thus guaranteeing uniform spreading of patinas on the wood, a process that marks and enhances the wavy grains patterns of the Spanish walnut wood.

When the stain is dried, we apply it to each piece of furniture acrylic primer varnishes with air blend-mix equipment of Italian technology, a premium recommended system for the application of this kind of varnish. The application process is carried out with multiple passes, overlapped by other crossed passes, which provides a uniform micronage, for future perfect sanding and refined processes.
When the sanding process with fine abrasive materials has been completed, the furniture is moved to pressurized water spry curtains, for achieving optimum environment moisture and temperature with a perfect application, at the same time, it removes possible impurities and receives excess varnish.
Our cabins are equipped with the
best equipment of the Italian brand "Taiver” for pressure ratio, temperature, and high flow rate, we apply acrylic varnishes of premium quality of the Spanish brand Kupsa, finishing with less pressure product and adjusted air pressure, achieving uniformity in all furniture surfaces, pleasing to both the eye and to the touch, with the
best possible termination, now offered in the luxury furniture market.
All our application equipment meets EU regulations for CE marking, also in our particular case, the engine parts that touch the product are treated with premium materials, hardness, and elasticity, avoiding during their application, the adhesion of particles, water hammer, and spraying falls.
The crowning of this finishing process is the application of successive layers of natural waxes which give the furniture an exclusive soft touch and its natural scents.
